About us
This website is operated by Cooper Murphy Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08498548).
Nature of our services
We are a business consultancy. We are not insolvency practitioners and do not accept formal appointments or provide statutory insolvency services. We may introduce directors to independent, authorised Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. We are not a lender and do not recommend particular providers or products, advise on suitability, negotiate terms or arrange applications; we make introductions to independent third-party commercial finance providers only, and any finance is subject to the provider's own criteria. Where we introduce your business to a finance provider, we may receive a commission from the lender or finance provider. We will explain relevant commission arrangements where required. We are not affiliated with HMRC.
No advice or guarantee
Website content is general information only and is not legal, tax, insolvency or financial advice. We do not guarantee any outcome, including HMRC decisions or the availability of funding.
Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship. Any engagement will be subject to separate written terms. How long we keep enquiry details, and how this differs for clients and records we must keep by law, is explained in our privacy notice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
